Yes, yes I do. Biggest piece of shit key on the keyboard. There are less useful ones, but none as completely annoying for their placement. Here are some nifty tricks to disable this terrible key.
Windows 2000/XP:
Check out this page. You will find registry keys to remap the Caps Lock key as a Shift key, change Caps Lock into a Control key, swap the Caps Lock and the left Control key, or uninstall any of these Registry changes you may have made.
Mac OS X 10.4
Check out this handy page. You can actually disable the caps lock key using the Keyboard & Mouse preferences pane. Word.

I know your pain. Why is there a need for a caps lock? How often do you actually need to bang out huge sections of text in all caps for any reason other than to be an asshole?
Too bad you can’t remap the caps lock key to be the “deliver electric shock to the user” key.

Also, most any word processing or typesetting application will give you the option of selecting a block of text and making it all caps, which, in practice, is much easier than using the caps lock key.

What I really hate is seeing a lUSER at work hit the caps lock to capitalize one character…Then turn it off again. Did you ever try that handy little key, just south of caps? No wonder you can’t type your password correctly in three attempts! You’re too dumb to live.

Sadly, I still have a use for caps lock. We have an old legacy application for our reservation system here at the office that is horribly case-sensitive on some issues, and EVERYTHING was inputted into the system in full caps (why, I have no idea). So if I don’t have the caps on, it makes for a long day.
Then again, it makes for a long day afterwards when I start typing e-mail in all caps.
